7 Day Itinerary for Visiting Egypt

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be greeted by your tour guide and taken to your hotel. After checking in and freshening up, you can start your Egyptian adventure by visiting the Egyptian Museum. Day 2: Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx

Today, you will travel to Aswan, a city located in southern Egypt on the banks of the Nile River. Here, you will visit the Aswan High Dam, which was built in the 1960s to control the flow of the Nile River. You will also visit the Temple of Philae, a beautiful ancient temple that was relocated to its current location when the dam was built.

Day 5: Abu Simbel

Today, you will visit Abu Simbel, a site located about 300 km south of Aswan. Here, you will see two massive temples that were carved into the rock cliffs over 3,000 years ago. These temples were relocated to their current location when the Aswan High Dam was built.

Day 6: Luxor

Today, you will travel to Luxor, a city located in southern Egypt on the east bank of the Nile River. Here, you will visit the Valley of the Kings, a site where many of the pharaohs of ancient Egypt were buried.
